I am pretty particular about my pizzas and Brooklyn's pizza/sauce is absolutely delicious. This little restaurant is tucked in a small strip mall near a Chuck E Cheese restaurant.
Interior: 2 stars. Dated, older furniture. Has not changed for at least 10 years since I started coming here.
Service: 4 stars. The owner works the restaurant. She is the third owner of this restaurant in the past 20 years. Recent change of ownership but the food recipe is still the same. She is Chinese and her English is not perfect, but she is very nice and works hard to try to make your experience wonderful.
Food: 5 stars. My rating is strictly for the pizza. I have not had much experience with the other menu items since I come for the pizza exclusively. The sauce is balanced tangy and sweet with a hint of oregano. The crust on the thin crust is nice and buttery and crispy. I was originally looking for a pizza that mirrored a pizza place I worked at as a college student that closed down due to the owner retiring and this was the closest thing to it that I could find in the whole of Orange County.
Note: I do see some bad reviews for the restaurant from around the time of the ownership time. When the ownership first changed, there were some hiccups. One pizza I had was burned and was inconsistent, but since then, the pizza has returned to the original goodness. I assume that was part of the growing pains of new ownership and getting into the groove of things. The service had some hiccups in the beginning too. The owner's son was working the first time I came after the changeover and he was pretty inexperienced and I do have to say the service was not very good. I've had Irene the owner since then on my visits and she is very pleasant and professional. Unsure if her son is still working on the other days.
The restaurant has always been pretty quiet and not crowded, even with the previous owners. It has always concerned me since we want this pizza place to be around for years to come. Hoping all the best of Irene! Looking forward to future visits to satisfy by pizza cravings! -

I like to support local establishments but this place has got to do better. I'm giving 2 stars because the food was decent but zero for the non-existent customer service.
We came in around 7 on Friday night and there were only 2 other tables of customers. We were seated and I. It iced the table next to us had dirty dishes and used napkins still on the table. It looked like there was only one employee and he was preoccupied with changing the channel on the television. He finally came to take our drink order so placed the food order at that time. I got an eggplant sandwich and my husband got the meatball sandwich plus we ordered a salad to share. The food was delivered before the salad. The sandwiches were good, not great, but the "vinaigrette" dressing with the salad was pinkish brown, watery, and flavorless. We attempted to flag down the waiter for drink refills to no avail. We finally got his attention and just asked for the check.
When we left around 8 the dirty dishes and napkins were still on the next table. Definitely will not be returning. -

I have ordered their pasta twice from DoorDash and really enjoyed it. Finally tried their pizza . It was absolutely delicious! The crust was nice and thin, sauce was on point, sausage was flavorful, ham and pepperoni were wonderful! I will definitely be back and tell others about this place:)

Totally gross will never order from here again! I ordered the tour of italy dish which came overcooked to the point the sauce was dry and the whole thing was completely burnt and stuck to the aluminum food container. I ordered the "chicken wings" which came totally drenched in a tangy oil. Honestly i dont know what flavor it is but it does not taste fit for human consumption. Threw them away! Then the lasagna had a HUGE peice of meat gristle!! Never ever will eat here again I and No I do not recommend to anyone!

This is the worst pizza i ever had in my life. The pizza is hard as rocks and the cheese is burned! A 1$ frozen pizza tastes way better than that. The chicken inside the calzone is frozen and disgusting . The pesto is brown! This piazza is strongly NOT recommended!
